When Tess hosts another shoot I’ll be buying a full ticket IMMEDIATELY. It was such a fun, creative and encouraging space. From the vendors to the other attendees there was so much positivity.

Tess went above and beyond. I only went for the one shoot not the whole retreat but she was so kind and understanding. The night before my dog had to go to the emergency vet so i wasn’t sure I was going to be able to make it, Tess made sure I was still going to get education and offered to citrate a shoot with me, I was able to go the next day but, left my lens at home. She continued to go above and beyond and helped me find someone who let me borrow her gear for the day. Truly amazing experience

This retreat was life changing. And I don’t say that lightly. Not for the photos, though they turned out great.
It’s because of the environment that Tess created for us, the safety to be ourselves without any judgement, to connect with others,
and truly create art for the love of it without pressure to conform to Pinterest boards or Instagram trends.
She offered one on one mentorships and the education lessons were interactive, engaging, and tailored to our interests and questions.

Tess attracts good people like a magnet, and I’m so lucky to have been welcomed into such an incredible group of talented, brilliant humans. I’ll be eternally grateful for our little family.
I would genuinely go anywhere if she was hosting another, no questions asked. That woman is a brilliant artist, an incredible person, and it was a privilege to learn from the best.
