EMAIL SOOCSomething wrong with a review? Tap REPORT under the review in the app, or email us with the host's name. Reports get looked at within 24 hours.
Do I need an account?
Nope. Reading and writing reviews never needs one. Log in with Apple or Google only if you want to save hosts and events.
How do I write a review?
Open the Write tab in the app, or go to soocdirectory.com/review. It takes about 5 minutes, and you can stay anonymous.
When will my review show up?
Every review is checked by hand, including proof that you attended. Usually within a few days.
I'm a host. Can I reply or claim my profile?
Yes. See For Hosts, or email us.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You tab, then Delete my account. On the website: your account page. Or email us and we'll do it.
The app isn't loading
Check your connection, close and reopen the app, and make sure it's updated. Still stuck? Email us with your phone model and what you're seeing.
